1. How can I pay for my parts?

We accept Visa and Mastercard using our secure
order form. Have a different card? Select Google Checkout and Google will handle the transaction.

2. What if I don't have a credit card?

Do you have a check card? That will work! No check card either? How about Dwolla? Give us a call and we'll help you out.

3. Is my info safe?

Your information is safe and secure with us. We don't sell or rent out our customer information, and never will.

4. What is the warranty on your parts?

All parts are covered by the manufacturer for at least 90 days, and most are covered for a year or more. Have a question about a specific part? Shoot us an email.

5. What happens if I order the wrong part?

6. What happens if I order the right part, but am shipped the wrong part?

We may be Ninjas, but we aren't perfect. If we made a mistake with your order please give us a call or send us an email and we'll make it right.

7. What is a core charge?

Cores are evil and we do everything that we can to avoid them.

A core charge/core deposit is usually added to a rebuilt or re-manufacturered product. The rebuilders add this charge to insure that they receive a rebuildable part back to continue the cycle. Here is how it works: We send you the part and add the core deposit to your bill. You install the part, put the old part in the original box, and send it back to us. When the core is approved by the rebuilder they credit us, and we'll credit you. The rebuilder has the final say on whether a core is rebuildable or not - after all - it's what they do. If they refuse to accept the core, they won't refund us the core deposit, and in turn we can't refund you. Like we said, cores are evil.

8. What happens if I simply decide I do not want the parts I ordered?

No Problem. Returns happen. Please review our returns page for more info.

9. What if I receive a damaged box?

Please contact the respective shipping company and file a claim.
